Effective date: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AvirtualB ("AvirtualB," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind AI SEO for Nonprofits, collects, uses, and shares information when you use aiseofornonprofits.com, book a call, request a free mini audit, or contact us (together, the "Services").
1. The short version
We collect only what we need to talk with you, schedule calls, send what you asked for, and understand how the website is used. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the website to run targeted advertising.
2. Information you give us
- Contact form. When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, company website, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, the topics you are interested in, and your message.
- Discovery call bookings. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any answers you give on the booking form, and shares them with us.
- Email and calls. If you email us or speak with us on a call, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as information about your business, tools, and processes.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data through the website.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and approximate location, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and produce aggregate traffic statistics.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which site or search engine referred you, your general location (city or country), and your device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and gives us reports in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies set by our hosting provider for security and performance, and by the embedded booking calendar so it can work.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure how the website is used.
We do not use cookies to show you targeted ads. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on described above. Blocking essential cookies may stop some features, such as the booking calendar, from working.
5. How we use information
We use information to respond to your messages, schedule and hold discovery calls, prepare for and deliver engagements, prepare free mini audits you request, operate and secure the website, understand how the website is used, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
6. Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run the Services, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, delivery, security, and form handling)
- TidyCal and Google (call scheduling, calendars, video calls, and business email)
- Google Analytics (website traffic measurement)
- Web3Forms (delivering contact form messages to our inbox)
- Telegram (internal notifications to us when a form is submitted)
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. If a client engagement requires additional tools, we will discuss them with you in that engagement.
7. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information otherwise only when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights or safety of anyone, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case the information would remain protected by this Policy.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact messages and call records are generally kept while we are in conversation or working together and for a reasonable period afterward. Records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons are kept as long as required.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. For example, California residents may request to know what we collect and to have it deleted, and will not be discriminated against for doing so. People in the EU, UK, and similar regions have rights under the GDPR or comparable laws, and our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and taking steps at your request before or during an engagement.
To make a request, use our contact form and tell us what you need. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The Services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
We operate from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than yours.
12. Security
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on established providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
